Commission Schedule

1. Overview

Twiikle operates as a registered publisher with major affiliate networks, including CJ Affiliate, Awin, Impact.com, Rakuten, and Amazon Associates.

When viewers purchase products through Creator-tagged product links embedded in Twiikle videos, affiliate commissions are generated by the respective network. Twiikle receives these commissions as the publisher of record, then distributes the Creator's share according to the channel-level distribution principles below.

This model allows Creators to earn affiliate revenue without needing to apply to each network individually. Twiikle handles network relationships, link management, tracking, and payouts.

2. Distribution Principles by Channel

The following channel-level commitments govern all revenue distribution. Specific supplemental rates within each channel are operated under Company policy and disclosed in the app or relevant dashboard.

Floor, not a fixed rate — the Company commits to the channel-level floors above. Operative supplemental rates (e.g., Reposter share, Buyer Cashback, Referrer rewards) are set by Company policy, disclosed in the Creator Dashboard or in-app, and are funded from the Company portion. These channel-level commitments may be modified only with advance notice and no retroactive application (Terms of Service §5.3.2).

3. Industry Comparison

Twiikle's Creator minimum guarantee is at the high end of industry peers.

4. Reshare Revenue Distribution

Twiikle allows users to reshare another Creator's video. For each affiliate Commission, the Company's portion will not exceed 25%; at least 75% of the Commission is allocated to the creator side, as follows:

Direct purchases (no Reshare attribution): the Creator receives the entire creator-side allocation.
Purchases attributed to a Reshare: the creator-side allocation is divided between the Creator and the Reposter. The operative division rates are set by Company policy and disclosed in the Creator Dashboard; the rates in effect at the time of attribution apply to that attribution and are not changed retroactively. A Creator may disable reshare revenue sharing, in which case the Creator retains the entire creator-side allocation.

This model incentivizes Creators to produce high-quality content (rewarded via reshares) and rewards users who help distribute it to broader audiences.

5. Settlement Terms

Confirmation Period

All commissions are subject to a 30-day confirmation period after purchase verification by the affiliate network. This period accounts for potential returns and order cancellations.

Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $10. Earnings below this amount roll over to the following month.

Settlement Options

USD — via Stripe Connect (bank transfer)
USDC — stablecoin payout (wallet address required)

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed monthly, within 15 business days after the close of each calendar month.

Refund Policy

If a customer returns a product within the 30-day confirmation window, the associated commission is reversed. Creators are notified of reversals in their Dashboard.

6. Monthly Reset

Commission tiers reset on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Each month begins at the lowest tier ($0 – $500 at 5% platform fee), regardless of the previous month's earnings.

7. Fee Transparency

All commission rates are publicly disclosed in this document and within the app.
The Creator Dashboard provides a full breakdown of gross commissions, platform fees, and net earnings for every transaction.
Twiikle will provide a minimum of 30 days written notice before any changes to the fee schedule.
Fee changes are never retroactive — they apply only to commissions earned after the effective date.

8. Quick Collab

Quick Collab is Twiikle's brand-sponsored collaboration feature. Brands commission Creators directly for sponsored content through the platform.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Fee — a guaranteed payment set by the brand for the collaboration.
Optional Affiliate Commission — the Creator may also earn affiliate commissions on sales generated through the sponsored content, subject to the standard progressive fee schedule above.

Quick Collab terms (deliverables, deadlines, usage rights) are agreed upon between the brand and Creator within the platform before work begins.

9. Tax Obligations

Twiikle complies with U.S. tax reporting requirements.

U.S.-based Creators who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC form.
A completed W-9 form is required before payouts can be processed for U.S. Creators.
Non-U.S. Creators may be required to submit a W-8BEN form, subject to applicable tax treaties.

Creators are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings in accordance with their local jurisdiction's tax laws.
